Custom orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, store credits and Peace of Mind guarantee. Peace of Mind guarantee must be purchased at the time of the furniture purchase. Returns must be approved by authorized management only and are eligible for store credit only. Store credit of 100% will be issued if furniture is returned within 72 hours of delivery. No returns are eligible after 72 hours unless a Peace of Mind guarantee was purchased. The customer is responsible for delivery charges to and from their home. Furniture must be returned in its original, resalable condition, free of odor, substances and damage. Return policy does not apply to furniture purchased on clearance or "as is" or to custom orders. Furniture returned with damages may be accepted and repaired at our discretion. Repair fees will be deducted from the customer's store credit. Store credits will be issued upon acceptance of the furniture in original resalable condition. We have the option to refuse furniture that appears not to be in its original resalable condition. We will make every attempt to make the customer aware that the furniture is not acceptable and should be reclaimed within 7 days, otherwise customers who leave furniture at Circle K past 7 days forfeit rights to reclaim it; and Circle K has the right to sell it, donate it or dispose of it, at its discretion, without any further obligation to the customer. Store credits issued are valid for six (6) months from date of issue. Circle K does not issue refunds for any purchase.
